Give name to list keeper when entering the room. Please do not IM the artist. Please inform the list keeper if you are sending a mega or a tour. Pay attention for your name to be called by the list keeper they will only call you 3 times. Do not send your av until the list keeper tells you to. you may choose your artist. But you will have to wait until they are free from list.No more then 2 avs to be painted at one time .If you got more please ask to be put back on the list.
