This section contains a few articles on the world of baseball. If you want to see your own story here then send it to me in an email with 'Read all about it!-story' in the subject. The address for this is atlbravesrule@angelfire.com. I'll include your story as soon as possible, probably with the next update of this section. You can include pictures with your story. Each story is reviewed before publishing and can be denied publishing, in this case I'll let you now why.
You ask why this section while there are newsgroups and chatrooms? Well not everybody keeps track of what's been said in newsgroups and few among us can chat 24 hours a day. That's the reason why!
Stories can also be submitted through my club 'American Sports 2' at clubs.nl. Remember you need to be a member of this club to add your story there. Membership of this club is free, if you need help becoming a member just let me now and I will guide you through the registration process.
Triple Play Baseball 2000 by EA Sports.
A while ago I saw this game in the shelves of a book and software store. I didn't hesitate to buy it, because it's very difficult to find baseballgames here in Belgium.
TP2000 is a great game, it's produced by EA Sports, who also produced great sportgames like NBA Live 98, 99 and 2000, FIFA 97, 98, 99 and 2000 and more. TP2000 has the approval of MLB and MLBPA. The graphics in the game are superb, motion carturing has been used for player movement.
The stadiums are all in 3D, even Safeco Field, the new Milwaukee Ballpark. Some parts could be more realistic, but hey you can't have everything. EA could have done a better job in finding sponsors, like they did for other games, I still like Coca-Cola above Lobster Cola and who wants Oyster pudding.
I give TP2000 an overal score of 85%.

Braves AMP v1.0!
Braves AMP is a skin for the very popular MP3-player, WinAMP. Because I couldn't find a Braves skin on the net, I created my own. So this is, according to myself, the first Braves skin on the net. If however you know of another Braves skin, somewhere on the net,
let me know where I can download it.
In this version of the skin there is no matching equalizer and playlist, however they are planned in the next version. This skin uses 16 bit colors, or higher of course. I'd like to thank Marquis for creating the ScienceAMP, on which I based this skin.
Other skins can be downloaded from the WinAMP site and from mp3.com.

Braves ScreenSaver coming up!
Besides Braves AMP, I'm also planning to create a Braves ScreenSaver. This screensaver will include all the Braves players in action. For creating this screensaver I'm asking Braves fans all over the globe to send me pictures of Players in action, preferebly in JPG or GIF-format. You can send these pictures to
atlbravesrule@angelfire.com. When sending pictures include your name, email-address (credits list) and the names of the players whose pictures you're sending.
