Hello there! My name is Lisa Leach. This site is for my husband, James Leach. In 1983, when he had just turned 19 years old, he was sent to a Kentucky Prison for a crime he didn't commit. He has spent 22 years behind bars as of June 26, 2005. We currently have an Attorney looking into his case, and we hope to get his case either reopened and/or to get another parole hearing before the Parole Board or even to take his case before the Governor. We are looking for individuals that would sign a Petition, that states they feel given my husband's age at the time he was incarcerated and the number of years he has been incarcerated, they feel he has served enough time behind bars, and should be granted clemency or parole.
