Well I went to the "See Danny" show last night, and let me tell you, you will definitely be hearing more from them in the future! They were soooo good. Pretty much all of their songs were somewhat soft, which i usually don't like, but it was a definite welcome change from the show i had gone to the night before. The show last night took place at Cyberbean cafe, which is a very small little cafe. We were pretty much crammed in there like sardines, but i enjoyed it..it brought everyone close together in more ways than one :) Ummm, during the intermission, a girl drummed and spoke words to the beat and that was also very cool....there was just a lot of talented people there and it was an amazing show.
The show on friday night was a different story. For some dumb reason, i went to the show at raffas instead of the roman candles show. I think i chose it because of the difference in the cover charges. Plus i didnt think brokin and martyr's union were going to cancel at the last minute. Luckily unknown citizens was there and they played good, adding some new songs. Than a band started playing who i had never heard before. They were called strangers and they had stepped in at the last minute, which was noble of them. And the majority of the crowd was being jackasses so i felt kind of bad for them. They werent bad, they were just not my kind of music. All in all though, it was still a disappointing experience and i guess i should have just gone to the roman candles show and paid the 12 dollars.
