Karolina's new boyfriend is Mihajlo Raznatovic, the son of infamous Serbian war criminal Arkan! She split up with Grozdan a month ago, who proceeded to festoon her with flowers and messages of love throughout the Macedonian capital Skopje.
The new relationship has caused much debate among fans - some think it's a good thing, though others accuse Karolina of trying to ingratiate herself with her Serbian audience, and abandoning her Macedonian heritage. The album 'Kad zvezde nam se sklope... kao nekada' is very popular in Serbia, and the single of 'Srescemo se opet' is one of the most requested on TV station Pink.
Karolina recently gave an interview to Serbian newspaper 'Svet':
"It isn’t important how long my relationship is going to be with Mihajlo. The important thing is that I am very happy now"
Karolina Goceva is back from her holidays in Spain and she's talking the first time about her new love. About two days ago she came back from Beograd where she visited her new boyfriend Mihajlo Raznatovic, son of Zeljko Raznatovic-Arkan. He is 28 years old and the first child of Arkan. His mother is from Sweden. Until 1999 he lived in Gothenburg (Sweden). He also played for Sweden’s national ice hockey team. "I enjoyed being in Spain. It was a beautiful time; maybe the best time in my life. I was there for two weeks and I visited wonderful places like Madrid, Seville, Marbella, Granada, Valencia and Barcelona. It was my first trip to Spain and I can say it was great - a very beautiful country.
What the newspapers have written is true. I was alone with Mihajlo Raznatovic in Spain. I'm not giving details. But that what is happening between Mihajlo and me is a beautiful fairytale which I won't tell anybody. For us the time in Spain was great to get to know each other better. I don't feel that I have to justify myself to anybody because I haven't done anything wrong." (to be continued...)
