Terms of Service
The terms of service for the servers are as follows:
Obs Servers (The Provider) is providing the service to individuals (The User) who are at least 18 years old or minors who have their parental permission. To use our service, you must agree to everything on this page as well as in the Rules page.
Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the services in this agreement:
A. Access to use administration abilities on the servers which Obs Servers own.
B. Access to documents such as FAQ's and administrative documentation. All documentation is provided on an "as is" basis, with no expressed or implied complete validity.
A. This service costs 4 USD a month for administrative abilities on the Scoutzknivez 24/7 Obs.
B. This service costs 7 USD a month for administrative abilities on both Warcraft 3FT: Obs (+Hook/Saved Exp) servers.
C. This service costs 7 USD a month for administrative abilities on the Warcraft 3Ultimate: Obs (+Hook/Saved Exp) server.
D. This service costs 9 USD a month for administrative abilities on the Scoutzknivez 24/7 Obs and Warcraft 3FT:/Ultimate: Obs (+Hook/Saved Exp) servers.
E. This service costs 12 USD a month for administrative abilities on both Warcraft 3FT: Obs (+Hook/Saved Exp) servers and the Warcraft 3Ultimate: Obs (+Hook/Saved Exp) server.
F. This service costs 16 USD a month for administrative abilities on all servers.
A. The user's context must comply in a manner consistant with any and all applicable laws of the State of Ohio and the United States Federal Government.
B. The user may not utilise the use of illegal pornography, spam, fraud, racism, promote any illegal activity, promote other servers or promote websites.
C. Clans may be promoted, but without the use of administrative ability commands.
In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio and the United States of America.
This service is provided "As Is".
This service is provded on an "As Is, As Available" basis. The provider gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by the provider or its providers beyond the fees paid by client to provider for services. Obs Servers makes every effort to back up our data, but we aren't responsible for any loss of data.
Modification of this Agreement:
This agreement may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider. Upon modification of this agreement, the user has two weeks (14 days) to terminate their account with the provider or it will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
Termination of Service
This service may be terminated at any time by the provider or user. The provider may at its sole discretion remove any person with administrative abilities for any reason.
If the User wishes to no longer be an administrator, the User must cancel the subscription. If the User doesn't know how, the Provider will tell the User how to accomplish the task of cancelling the subscription, only if the User requests for assistance.
By clicking the paypal buttons on http://www.obsservers.com or its other file/subdirectory names, by sending cash, check, money order, or any other form of United States currency through the mail or through banks, or by sending any other form of money in any way to Obs Servers, the user hereby agrees to the terms set forth in this agreement under penalties of perjury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claim resulting from the use of the provider's services and agree that all information provided by the user to the provider is true.
