Are You Washed In The Blood?

The times we live in are perilous, and without Jesus Christ in our lives, there is no hope. In Him there is liberty, freedom from the penalty of sin, which is death - spiritual death - which will result in eternal separation from our Father in Heaven.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.  Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9

Salvation is not of works.  There is NOTHING you can do to obtain it.  You cannot say a prayer and get it.  It doesn't matter what church you go to, how much money you put in the collection plate, or how much work you do around your church.

"For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified." Romans 8:29-30.

Before you or I were formed in our mother's womb, who God chose was already pre-ordained.

The Bible teaches us that no man comes to the Father unless He calls you.

"No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.  It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me."  John 6:44-45.

We cannot turn away from the Holy Spirit when He calls.  Some believe that you can say a prayer and voila, you have obtained salvation.  The problem with that is it takes the glory from God.  It says that one can choose to accept or reject God.  How can you reject Him if He has chosen you?

If you are not born again, according to the Word of God, consider this question, "If you were to die today, do you know where your soul (which is the essence of who you are) will spend eternity"? As you visit the links on this site, consider this question, and be truthful with yourself. God is knocking at the door of your heart. Won't you let Him in?

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 3:16
