Man: The entire planet has been restored!

Captain: So much power from a little pin!

Serene: *Senses 2 fireballs headed to the planet. She nods at Andrew and they hold each other's hand* Excuse us while we handle the incoming attacks. *she disappears along with Andrew and he destroys one fireball while she destroys the other. A beam from her now apparent crescent moon goes to each planet* Hear me brave soldiers and leaders of the Filtin Galaxy. I am Queen Serene from the Moon Kingdom of the Milky Way Galaxy. I have come peacefully to settle this dispute. Please, put down your arms and you who wish to be ruler of this galaxy, meet me at the uninhabited planet. Yes, I am aware of its condition, but I have the power to make it suitable. I will see you tomorrow.

Andrew and Serene meet and then head back down to the palace to get some much-needed sleep to restore their powers.

Serene can barely sleep because of all the hatred and violence going on around her. She sees the battles from years ago and the present ones and cannot help but cry in her sleep. Andrew tries to wake her or at least calm her down, but he cannot. Serene continues to toss and turn, her body gives off a glow of red, blue, green, and then purple. She finally wakes and sits up in a cold sweat and holds Andrew as he offers his embrace. The two lay embraced for many hours until the sun comes up.

Serene takes a shower and feels refreshed, but she keeps noticing her skin changing colors every so often. She tells Andrew about it, but it seems these effects are only happening to her.

She meets the Captain, who is the leader being sent to represent Krakow and boards the ship in which they were to reach the planet. Once there, they hover over the planet along with the ships of the other planets. They wait and watch as Serene leaves the spacecraft and floats down to the atmospheric level of the planet. She spreads out her arms and then claps. A quick flash of light comes and passes over the planet.

The instruments on all the ships indicate that the planet is now habitable. Everyone looks a bit surprised and then continue to head to the area Serene leads them to.

The ships land and everyone is in awe of the wondrous beauty of the planet. There are trees, flowers, and birds never before seen anywhere else. Serene looks at the planet as having a lot of potential and says a spell so that everything that used to live because of the past atmosphere can easily adapt to the new one. She walks into an open field of blue grass. Her eyes glow and a strong wind blows over them as stone benches appear for everyone to sit on. The wind dies down and she invites them all to sit.

Serene: Your galaxy is unique in that it has this planet with so much potential, but does not have any Sailor Senshi to protect you. I am sure that you may have heard of the Universe Scouts-they will be able to help when they can, but they will not be able to be here all the time. I do not sense any potential Senshi, and if there is, they may have been taken by the dark side. I know this is all new to you-my powers and the Sailor Senshi-but you will come to understand it in time.

Man: Do I really have to listen to this woman and her talk? When are we going to get to the matter at hand-who is going to be leader of this galaxy?

Serene: *Is angered but calms herself down* You will each have your chance to tell me why you should be in control and what you will do to help out the planets that lay in ruin.

Woman: Who are you to judge us? I say we battle it out and see who is the strongest!

Andrew: Please, please listen to what she has to say.

Serene: Thank you my King. I can take it from here. See, in order for you to trust me, I will give you a brief history of me. When I was born, I was just a normal girl. There was a great war in a galaxy far from here where the Wise and Great Ones rested. They were the strongest, most intelligent, and powerful people of all the galaxies combined, they knew that they were doomed and needed a way to save everyone else by finding a way to combine their powers, but did not find a place to put it. They heard of the peaceful Moon Kingdom and sent a Messenger with a necklace that embodied their powers combined so that they would protect it. My mother was holding me when the messenger arrived and the necklace seemed to react with me. A light enveloped me and the once golden necklace was rotted away-their powers were then infused in me. I have the powers of the universe in me, and with their wisdom and my telepathic powers I will be able to see the truth behind your motives and thus choose the rightful leader of this galaxy.

Andrew: Now, who will go first?

Voice: I will.

Andrew+Serene: *turn to see 4 figures that look just like Serene*
