The firefighters raising the American Flag at Ground Zero. This was to honor all those who lost their lives and those who risked their lives to help others.
The World Trade Centers before Septeber 11, 2001. The towers are the center of the worlds trade and mainly the building block for the United States economy.
It's September 11, 2001. Just as the day was starting the whole world was stunned as news reports came in that a plane had struck one of the towers. As live footage of the event the world wasn't ready for what was to happen next. Another plane came into the picture heading straight for the second tower. With all the jet fuel and the fire the structures couldn't hold the weight and they both collapsed taking thousands of lives with them.
In the days to follow there would be people from all over going through the rubble to try and hope for life. There were many memorials for the people, police, medics, and the firefighters that all lost their lives in the horrible event.
America won't forget and we will stand strong in the end!!!!
