Well here we are at the life force of the beast, first ill start with the wish list and from there ill update it with at the actual components.

What am i going to put into this thing to obtain the 250+ rear wheel Kw as cheap as possable. At this stage of the project the plan is to run a modified RB30DET, yes it is suppose to be DET.

So lets have a look at the exact components
Well where do we start???
The Block will be the RB30 from a VL non turbo im not paying extra for a VL turbo when im going to replace the slugs anyway
Which leads me to the internals. The crank and rods are going to be RB30 and the pistons will be Forged to take the boost and high pressures. The block is to be o-ringed.
A compression ratio of approx 8.5:1 should give the car sufficent off boost power.



The next is the heads, a set of RB25 heads should make the engine flow a lot better (four valves are better than two) ill run standard valves and may change the cam specs.
A custom intake Plenum is in the pipe works, ill update this page with pics when they are available, it will be more like the RB26DETT or SUB-ZERO custom plenum.
From the plenum a larger throttle body (undecided on how big) to a large front mounted intercooler.



from the intercooler to the Turbo. At this stage im thinking either a T03-T04 combo or a GT3040.



Exhaust gasses are flowed through a custom exhaust manifold into the turbo and through a mandral bent single 3 inch exhaust.
The Whole engine is to be run by an Autronic SMC ECU. Behind all this is a Nissan Five speed.
