B100 Concert

These are picture from the B100 concert on Sunday September 22, 2002. B100 is a local country station that puts on a FREE appreciation concert every year. They have 5 or six preformers. This years preformers were, a local band Border Line, Shannon Lawson, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Keith Urban, and Montgomery Gentry. It was great. The weather started out not so great, rainning, but by the time it actually got started t noon, the clouds were starting to clear and the rest of the day was quite nice, even if it was a little cool. I only had 17/18 pictures left on my roll and no extra film so I had to be careful and I didn't always get the best shots. One cool thing about all the acts is tht they had bands, but they also played an instrument. Well, except for Eddie Montomery who Played with the Mic stand instead.

Just a quick note, notice how the guys have position their legs. It was like that for almost all but the drum players. Shannon Lawson seemed to be the winner for widest, standing constantly beyond shoulder width.

Border Line

This is the Michiana band Border Line. They mostly sang other peoples songs, but they sang a few that they had written. They were good. And funny. One of them, the one on the far left put on a long, blond, curly wig to sing "Poor Me."

Shannon Lawson and Band

Shannon Lawson was so great. He of course sang "Goodbye on a Bad Day". He also sang "Superstar", "Chase the Sun", and some others, incluing "WHO'S YOUR DADDY"! That song is so funny, I still laugh when I listen to it. The M.T.G is Multi Talented Guy. A nick name we gave him because we didn't know his name and he played about 5 different instruments through out the preformance. Every song he switched his instrument. He played the banjo, fiddle/violin (it was hard to ditinguish), and guitar, plus a few others that I can't remember. Another nice thing about the M.T.G. is that he was cute, but more, he smiled the whole time. He was obviously having fun.

Ethan Pilzer

This is Ethan Pilzer, I think I spelled that right. He is Carolyn Dawn Johnson's Bass guitar player. Lori and I liked him. He didn't move much, mostly just tapped along, but every now and then he'd shake or wiggle ever so slightly, but OH did we have trouble holding down the laughter. He is a hottie. I have some of CDJ herself, but I'm trying to determine whether the quality is decent enough to use.

Jason, Keith, and Scotty

Scotty and Jason are 2 of the 3 hot Keith Urban band members. The third is off stage at this point in the preformance. It was fun to listen to KU talk. He's from Australia. Sometime's he'd have a slight southern accent, other time's he'd have a very obvious Australian accent. He was very hot. And he came back out later with Montgomery Gentry and played Guitar with them.

Keith and the boys

This is the whole KU band. The third hot guy in the group is Robbie. You can see them all if you go to KU's Official SSite. Click on KU Live, then meet the band.

Eddie and Troy

Last we have the MG boys. Eddie montgomery and Troy (T-Roy) Gentry. They were incredible. I don't know many of their songs, but they rocked anyway. Troy played the guitar and Eddie played with the microphone stand. Troy was pretty cute too, though in most of the pics on the net he doesn't look so cute. The pics on the official sit make him look older than he did on stage because he has a beard and mustache like Eddie. At this show though it was gone and he looked good. All of the band wore black or dark clothes except for Troy who wore blue jeans and a nice pale blue shirt. Eddie had his own little splash of color too. He wore all black with bright red boots. It was cool.
