I don’t want it to hurt,

When we say goodbye.

I don’t want  us to look back,

And only cry.

I don’t want you to leave me,

But stay forever by my side.

I don’t you to chase me,

And for me to only hide.

I don’t want you to say “I love you”

And never mean a word.

I don’t want you to hold me,

When I know that I’ll get hurt.

I don’t want us to end.

But go on like it’s the start.

I don’t want you to go.
