SLOW COMFORTABLE SCREW
1.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz. sloe gin
.5 oz. Southern Comfort
4 oz. orange juice
Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.
CANADIAN SALAD
1 oz. Canadian Whisky
.5 oz. brandy
.5 oz. Irish Mist
.5 oz. scotch
1 oz. orange juice
.5 oz. lemon juice
.5 teaspoon superfie sugar
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whisky, brandy, Irish Mst, Scotch, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
GROG
2 oz. dark rum
3 oz. water
Pour the rum and the water into an old-fashioned gass with no ice cubes. Stir well. Praise the gods that you weren't in the British Navy!

THE BRONX AIN'T SO SWEET
1.5 oz. gin
1 teaspoon dry vermouth
.5 oz. orange juice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
BRIAN'S BELIEF
1.5 oz. anejo rum
.5 oz. dark creme de cacao
.5 oz. lemon juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
4 oz. cold tea
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, creme de cacao, lemon juice and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tea and stir well.
MOSCOW MULE
1.5 oz. vodka
1 oz. lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
1 lime wedge
Pour the vodka, lime juice and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well and garnish with the lime wedge.

TIDAL WAVE
1 oz. light rum
.5 z. dark rum
.5 oz. gin
.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz. tequila
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 teaspoon grenadine
1 cup crushed ice
Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend well. Pour into a collins glass. Stand well away from drinker!
T.N.T.
1.5 oz. blended whiskey
1 oz. annisette
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
GALE AT SEA
1.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz. dry vermouth
.5 oz. galliano
.5 oz blue curacao
In a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stirr well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

2 oz. gin
.5 oz. dry vermouth
.5 z. white creme de menthe
1 teaspoon Pernod
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
TOM COLLINS
2 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange slice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. SHake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.
SPARK IN THE NIGHT
1.5 oz. dark rum
.5 oz. Kahlua
2 teaspoons lime juice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredienats. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
