ARK Embroidery will not sell, give to anyone the email addresses, names, or postal address of any current or potential customers.
They are used by ARK Embroidery to verify mailing of product lists, newsletters, and shipment of products.
Shipping Information
Shipping WE TRY TO SHIP IN 72 hours from ordering. If there is a delay we will contact you. International orders will be charged $75.00 for shipping and handling. There is a flat $3.00 shipping fee for US orders. And shipping is free for orders over $25.00.
Layway: This FREE payment plan is great for larger orders. You make 2-6 equal weekly payments before shipment. Payments must be made by PayPal. Chose the layaway option when checking out and we will divide your payments equally. Also let us know how many payments you prefer (6, 7, or 8). You may cancel your order at any time but we will not issue refunds for payments already made.

Refund policy
We are sure you will be delighted with our products, as we take great care and pride in making them. NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE PERSONAL NAMES. If for some reason, you are disappointed in your order please notify us by phone or email. If the product is damaged we must be notified within 2 days and the shipping materials must be saved. To return any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Autorization Number. (RMA)
