Here’s a cunning little scam that should save your broke ass…until next month’s overdue bill. Call the customer service and tell them that you didn’t receive a bill for the overdue period. Explain that you had the money and were expecting the bill but never received it. Don’t be afraid to get aggressive here. They will rebill you and knock off the current late fees.
