Missing You
My Heart cries out and groans,
My innermost being wells up with grief
At the thought of loosing you.
My Soul mourns and dispairs at the
Notion of you not being by my side.
I pray with all my strength that we will be
together
And this ocean between us may be overcome.
I beg the Gods to ease the tension
On the strings that hold us apart.
And loose the shackles that restrain us.
The outside world grows dim and fades into night
As my thoughts circle around you.
And every day with every minute my heart beats out
With silent words its deepest cry:
"I'm missing you"
