Created through the melding of Elemental and Spiritual magics, Proud Helios is a sentient blade that can only be wielded by one of the D'kalect family bloodline.
Now, it is a repository for the memories and thoughts of the D'kalect's that have passed on. Able to communicate with the wielder through touch, the blade currently hold the soul of it's own creator, Lord M'tronas D'kalect St.arstorm.
Lieing for the moment in lock-up with Dresdan D'kalect Starstorm, the blade waits with an eternal patience for her to pass it on to the next heir.
Etched into one side of the blade, the words "Blaze of Glory" glow softly, in the other side "Proud M'tronas".
Being a blade of magic, Proud Helios holds several special properties within its Green, crystaline self. Completly indestructable, the blade has an edge to it that, legend holds, is sharp enough to cleave even the great Excalibur in half. It also holds a special reserve of power that the wielder can tap into. The blade also has 5 magics that can be learned from it:
Green Fyre: A super-heated, green flame that shoots out from the tip of the blade. Red Lightning: A bolt of blood colored lightining that snakes up the blade and can be sent out from the tip to a target od the wielders chosing. Can also strike multiple targets. Blue Winter: A blizzard of blue snow that cones outward from the tip of the blade outward. The snow itself can be turned to Ice crystals at the casters bidding. Yellow Darkness: A simple flash of light that temporarily blides all but the caster. White Shadows: The only purely defensive spell in the blades repitoire, a solid cocoon of myst-looking substance surrounds the wielder, and transports them elsewhere.
The blade itself also has the ability to make itself teleport elsewhere when it is knocked or taken from the wielder's hand.
