SETUP includes analysis and adjustment of fret buzz, action (string height), intonation, neck dip/truss rod, bridge characteristics.$30-40

          w/ neck polishing, fingerboard oiling, deoxidizing/lube spray for pots: add $6

RESTRINGING $10 for most guitars includes .009 or .010 gauge set.

PICKUP REPLACEMENT $15-20, more for multiple pickup work

POT REPLACEMENT/ELECTRONICS CUSTOMIZATION includes typical test and replacement of potentiometers and switches, additional custom wiring, push-poll pots, switches, etc. Modifications for humbucker coil cut (often called coil-tap), phase reversal, series/parallel, tone capacitor option, etc. min. $15; typ. $60-65 for “Jimmy Page” style wiring.

TUNING MACHINES $15-20 most stringed instruments.

FRET END SANDING if your fretting hand gets scraped by sharp fret ends $35 (or $60 for both sides of the neck)

HARDWARE strap buttons, strap locks, pickguards, tailpieces, knobs, minor bridge work, etc. $8 and up 

also effects pedal parts/repair $TBD

all parts not included unless otherwise specified.

I DON’T do:

nut replacement or filing

fret dressing, adjustment, hammering, etc

cracked headstocks, body repair, etc

please ASK first about acoustic guitars, 7-string, 12-string, and so on.
