Deploy on Leia. While at any Rebel Base site, your Rebels, except unique(*) Rebels, are deploy -2 and power +2 at same and adjacent sites. While at any system, your starfighters, except unique(*) starfighters, are deploy -2 there.
Strategy:
Deploy Leia Organa(or any other Leia, specifically Premiere, Cloud City, or Special Edition Leia). Deploy Leia of Alderaan on the Leia. You can then deploy any non-unique Rebel or starfighter(only if Leia is at a system). This will allow you to play good ships, such as Nebulon-B Frigate, B-Wing Bomber, X-Wing, A-Wing, or Y-Wing.
