Alvarez goes to Warden Glynn and tells him that Morales is planning to have Redding killed, but Glynn doesn't feel that this is enough information. When Alvarez asks Morales for another way to re-join the gang, Morales tells him that there is no other way. Alvarez goes to Redding and offers to help him take out Morales, to no avail. Then Vasquez tells Alvarez that, as soon as Guerra gets out of the hospital, they will kill him. Alvarez takes out a shank and slices Vasquez's throat, and returns to Solitary once again.
Mobay gets a visitor: his old partner, Kina, who wants nothing to do with him anymore. Hughes, believing himself a political prisoner, gets into a fight with Yood. Rebadow steps forward and vouches on Busmalis's behalf to Glynn, and Glynn takes Rebadow's word. Busmalis is released from Solitary. The Chinese refugees are sent back to China, but only after new Chinese inmate Jia Kenmin arrives and declares that he will avenge Yixue's death.
Tidd asks Said about Adebisi's death, and what Said tells him gives him a change of heart. Robson and Hoyt try to get Tidd to kill Said, but Tidd changes his mind at the last second.
McManus objects to the use of the drug on inmates. O'Reilly wakes up to find that Cyril has aged, and Doctor Nathan refuses to cut off the drug experimentation. In Em City, Wick (an Aryan who'd signed up for the experiment) simply drops dead, bleeding from his nose, mouth, and ears. Drug testing is halted immediately.
Supreme is finally released from Solitary, and Redding tells Hill that, years ago, Supreme had betrayed Hill to the cops, and that is why Hill is in a wheelchair and in Oz. Supreme tells O'Reilly that he knows exactly who had set him up. While Supreme is being visited by his girlfriend, Poet's visitor (Tug) stabs Supreme three times. Tug is arrested, and Supreme is rushed to the hospital.
Poet introduces White to Vayhew, who has returned to drugs since his parole was denied. White, upset that he doesn't impress people, attacks McManus and stabs him. Murphy and D'Agnasti handle White, while McManus is rushed to the hospital.
Father Mukada returns from vacation to find Kirk is no longer his assistant. Kirk tells Mukada that he will no longer be Catholic, but Christian. Cloutier baptizes Kirk as a Christian.
Glynn informs Schillinger that Hank's body has been found in Maryland. Schillinger naturally believes that Beecher had done it, and decides to kill Holly. First, Robson shanks Angus (Beecher's little brother who is visiting). Beecher has his father take Holly far away to protect her. Keller, to protect Beecher and his family, confesses to ordering Hank's murder. Schillinger apologizes to Beecher for the deaths of Genevieve and Gary, and Beecher apologizes for the deaths of Schillinger's sons. Beecher also says goodbye to Keller, who is transferred to Maryland to stand trial for Hank's murder.
