Supreme pressures Hill into wanting Redding dead. Hill discovers that Supreme is allergic to eggs, and has Poet prepare Supreme a "special meal". Supreme has a bad allergic reaction to his food, and drops dead. Redding forgives Hill, then asks the Colonel to kill Morales. The Colonel attacks Morales, but the plan backfires and Morales kills the Colonel.
Kirk pays Hoyt to do a job, and Hoyt absolutely humiliates Cloutier. Cloutier, to prove he is their equal, tries to help the Christians rebuild a wall. Kirk manipulates them into sealing Cloutier inside the wall.
Hughes, in Solitary, attacks an officer and escapes from his cell. He declares Solitary as the Republic of Huru, and names himself leader. He talks to some Solitary inmates, and declares Penders his assistant. Warden Glynn tries to calm Hughes, and Hughes tries to stab him. Penders jumps in and saves Glynn by stabbing Hughes. Hughes dies in Glynn's arms. Glynn begins to consider quitting.
McManus gets Murphy to be his teammate in the final basketball game against Vayhew and Busmalis, in which McManus and Murphy lose. White, off drugs, follows McManus around like a 2 year-old. Guerra insults McManus, and White attacks him. The other Latinos defend Guerra, and White throws one into a TV and kills him. McManus has White transferred to Solitary.
Schillinger learns that Beecher is up for parole, and gets upset. Said tells Beecher that he is afraid that Adebisi's soul may have possessed him. Beecher goes before the parole board, and they deny him parole. Schillinger and Robson try to attack Beecher anyway, and Said stabs them both. They are rushed to the hospital, and Said is put in the Hole.
Cyril returns to Emerald City, and O'Reilly has a talk with Doctor Nathan, where he truly realizes she loves him. O'Reilly talks to Connelly and tells him not to use the bomb anymore. He leaves the gas stove to disarm the bomb, but Connelly grabs the bomb and sets the timer for 2 minutes. O'Reilly yells a warning, and McManus evacuates everyone from Em City except Connelly. The clock counts down, and when it hits zero the bomb doesn't explode. The SORT team tackles Connelly, and Emerald City is spared. That night, a cop smoking near the gas stove erupts an explosion anyway.
