An arrogant televangelist who was sent to Oz for embezzling money from his own congregation, he immediately tried to help Vern Schillinger feel joy in his life.
[Episode 34: "Conversions"]
Cloutier's plan seemed very successful. He also spoke to a thug named Timmy Kirk and convinced him that Catholicism is not the way to go.
[Episode 35: "Revenge Is Sweet"]
Father Ray Mukada approached Cloutier after speaking to Kirk, and Cloutier gloated that Kirk was being baptized a Catholic.
[Episode 36: "Cuts Like A Knife"]
A so-called holy war brewed between Mukada and Cloutier, and Mukada converted one of Cloutier's men. When that man was beaten later, Cloutier and Mukada called a meeting of all of their faiths (with Kareem Said representing the Muslims) for a so-called "cease-fire".
[Episode 37: "Blizzard of '01"]
Said asked Cloutier to help him with convincing a man who had killed a Muslim to come forward. Cloutier spoke to the Aryan and convinced him to finger Jim Robson as the man who made him do it. Soon afterward, Schillinger cut all ties with Cloutier.
[Episode 38: "Orpheus Descending"]
Kirk continued to beat non-Christians, and Cloutier finally made the congregation turn their backs on him.
[Episode 39: "Even the Score"]
Kirk (in retaliation) paid the bikers to humiliate Cloutier. Cloutier asked Mukada for advice on getting the bikers' respect, and Mukada suggested he help them rebuild the cafeteria wall. Kirk payed the bikers more money, and Kirk and Jazz Hoyt sealed Cloutier inside the wall.
