1998

Occasionally seen in Emerald City, he was Ryan O'Reilly's cellmate. He was forced to transfer to Unit B when O'Reilly's brother Cyril arrived.

2000

As the alter boy of Father Ray Mukada, he overheard that Tobias Beecher had paid Hank Schillinger to come to Oz and visit his father, Vern Schillinger. Kirk informed this to Schillinger in return for a favor.

2001

When he offered Revenered Jeremiah Cloutier a blow job, Cloutier turned the conversation around and made Kirk feel guilty. Soon, Kirk converted and joined Cloutier. However, Kirk and inmate Jim Burns used violence and intimidation to get others to join them. Upset, Cloutier cast Kirk out of his congregation. To retaliate, Kirk had biker Jazz Hoyt humiliate Cloutier, then sealed him inside a wall.

2002

Kirk became an ordained minister and preached to the inmates of Oz. Cloutier was badly burned due to a gas explosion and Hoyt was to take the blame. Worried that Cloutier will give other names when he is able to talk, Kirk and Hoyt made Burns try and kill him. Burns, instead, attacked the two and was killed by Hoyt. Later, Kirk gloated to Mukada, and Hoyt came out of nowhere and impaled Kirk with a crucifix. Kirk returned a few weeks later and suffered from Mukada's quest for justice against him. So Kirk had Mukada's rectory burned to the ground, and Mukada was injured. Warden Glynn got Hoyt and another biker to confess that Kirk had organized Burns's murder, and Kirk was put into Solitary.

2003

Kirk arrived on death row, claiming that he was Satan. When Father Mukada met with him, Kirk pleaded that Mukada perform an exorcism on him. When Mukada refused, Kirk claimed to Catholic leaders that Mukada had sexually molested him. Mukada came to death row to talk to Kirk about his lie. Kirk merely gloated that, long after he is dead, Mukada will be a lost soul rejected by his faith. A magazine took individual shots of Cyril, Keller, Kirk, and Hoyt. However, when they took the group shot, Hoyt grabbed a flash cube and shoved it into Kirk's mouth, electrocuting him. With Kirk dead, Mukada's priesthood was restored.
