A thug sent into Emerald City under the reign of Martin Querns, Browne and buddy Leroy Tidd beat up Bruno Goeurgun shortly after his arrival. Browne also became cellmates with Tobias Beecher. He asked Beecher's ex-boyfriend, Chris Keller, if he can fuck Beecher, and Keller responded that he did not care. Therefore, Beecher and Browne had sex. He got into an altercation with an Italian, and the responding C.O. ruled in Browne's favor. Later, he was told that he needs to cell more drugs, for Desmond Mobay sells more than he and Tidd. Browne was interrogated for Gouergun's murder, but he told the investigator that Gouergun spent a lot of time with Mobay. Later, when a man was killed who'd slept with Beecher, Browne himself interrogated Beecher by slamming his head onto a desk repeatedly. Browne also got into an argument with fellow drug dealer Supreme Allah. The next day, a delivery truck caught a flat tire and Browne was left in the cafeteria all alone. Then Keller arrived and killed him, leaving behind only Supreme's necklace.
