Convicted of murdering his brother (though he says he's innocent) this biker was Jazz Hoyt's sponsor into Emerald City.

1999

He cheered on biker representative Steve Pasquin during his boxing match.

2000

Burns was temporarily transferred out of Emerald City with the other bikers and Aryans during the reign of Martin Querns. When McManus returned, so did Jim Burns.

2001

While listening to a sermon by the Reverend Jeremiah Cloutier, Burns outburst a comment of doubt that caused Cloutier to call him to the stage. There, Cloutier converted Burns to the "side of Jesus". He began to follow the ways of Cloutier, but soon afterward joined Timmy Kirk in beating those who will not follow Jesus. Cloutier found out and scolded Burns, but cast Kirk out of his congregation.

2002

When Cloutier was injured in the gas explosion, Kirk and Hoyt (afraid he will implicate them in his "accident") told Burns to kill him. That night, Burns received a vision of Cloutier telling him to kill them instead. So Burns attacked them with a barbell, but Hoyt got the best of him and snapped his neck.
