A famed hitman, Urbano came to Oz to find the Sicilians at war with the Aryans and their godfather, Chucky Pancamo, sick in the hospital. Urbano was loyal, and protected young Adam Guenzel from the Aryans simply because Pancamo told him to do so. When Pancamo slipped into a coma, Urbano assumed temporary leadership of the Sicilians. The Latinos offered Urbano part of the drug trade if he kills Homeboy leader Burr Redding. When Urbano attempted to stab Redding, crippled Augustus Hill got in the way and received a shank to the stomach.
