An arsonist, he was one of the first people to attempt to rape young Frank Winthrop, but backed down to the Aryans. Timmy Kirk approached Seroy with an offer to torch the Our Lady of Fatima rectory in exchange for a blow job. Seroy got some people to do the job. When he was facing time in Solitary, Seroy gave Kirk up to avoid going.

2003

During the investigation into the murder of lawyer Harrison Beecher, the murder weapon was found in Seroy's things, though he was innocent of the crime.
