I consider myself middle aged But will always remain young at heart. I was born April 5th 1959, Which makes me 46 this year. Man, where has the year gone! I am a whole 5 ft 3 inches, But they say good things come in small packages. I wear my ash blonde hair short, very stylish. I also wear glasses as I'm blind without them. My complexion is fair, my weight average, That's all I have to say about that. I have a nice smile, And look much younger then I actually am. Yes!
PERSONALITY: First of all, I am warm, caring, passionate, and fun. I like to be upfront and honest about who I am. I never hide my true self. Somedays, I can be flirtatious and very silly. Other days, I can be quiet and shy. I tend to make people feel at ease, Bringing smiles and laughter to their faces. I'm a woman with alot to say, For those who are willing to listen. Sometimes I can be overly emotional, When stressful situations arise. I anger much to easily, Which is something I am not proud of. Tears come and go, I know I've cried oceans. I give all that I have and all that I am, To be the best friend that I can be.
QUIRKS: I'm a perfectionist. I will not stop until a job is done right. I'm obsessive about cleanliness, But things do get out of hand. I ask a lot of questions at the wrong times. I walk into corners quite frequently, Perhaps I should look where I am going? I chew on my lip when I concentrate, Ouch! When sitting on the couch watching tv, I always want someone to play with my hair.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN LOVE? Yes only once, to the man I married almost 25 years ago.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT: I live in a nice community in a rural area. We own our own home on twenty four acres of land. I reside there with my husband and 2 daughters.
DO YOU WANT KIDS (OR DID YOU WANT KIDS)? Yes, I wanted kids very much in my life. I was blessed with them in the years (1984 and 1986) Now ask me if I want teens? Hehehe

WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD: For me is, when I have hurt someone unintentionally. I can only hope they find it in their heart to forgive me.
BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD: For me is, making someone laugh and feel happy. Being close to someones heart, And knowing I am loved in return. Snuggling, of course is a great feeling too.

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THINK, WHEN YOU WAKE IN THE MORNING? Sometimes I like to think more about my dreams, Especially if they touch me in a certain way. If I do not remember them, I usually think about my day, And how I am going to spend it.
DO YOU SLEEP WITH A STUFFED ANIMAL? Hmmmm...Honestly? Sure sometimes I do. My kids bought me the cutest puppy one Xmas. When hubbie is not home, I cuddle with him.
FAVORITE PART OF YOUR DAY: In the evening when I'm finished work. I enjoy the peace after a hectic day. That's when I like to write, read, or watch TV. A quiet time, just for me.
WHAT MAKES YOUR DAY? Receiving a long distance phone call from someone I love.
WHAT IS ONE OF YOUR LIFE'S PASSIONS? Writing is a new endeavor for me, and I love it. I thrive on creating beauty within my words. My poetry is the window to my soul, I open my heart and just let go. To make people feel is the greatest gift of all. If I can do that, then I have succeeded in my goal. I also enjoy writing romantic short stories and more.
SHARE A MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT: Long ago, I took my girls shopping at Bootlegger. Accidently, I knocked some hangers of panties onto the floor. Frustrated at my clumsiness I quickly picked them up. Unbeknownst to me, I hooked a hanger onto my pocket. I then proceeded to walk around the store, With the panties draping off my sweater. The sales clerks thought this to be quite funny, As they watched me for awhile. Finally, they asked me if I wanted to purchase them. I think I turned 3 different shades of red, My kid's wanted to desert me. Talk about embarrassing,*LOL*
THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING YOU'VE EVER DONE? I parked my car in a parkade years ago, And could not find it after. I went back to where I thought it should be, And it was not there. I was so sure someone had stolen it. Looking across the way, I then saw it in the exact spot it was supposed to be, Only it was on the other side of the parkade! *LOL* Boy did I feel stupid...
NAME ONE THING THAT ANNOYS YOU TO NO END? Pokey slow drivers and there are so many! I always come across them, When I am in a hurry to be somewhere on time, Which is always, because I am forever running behind.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST LIFE ACHIEVEMENT? Overcoming my childhood fears, And facing them with the courage I never knew I had. Thanks to a very special friend, Who helped me face them.
IF YOU COULD FULFILL A DREAM, WHAT WOULD IT BE? My dream would be to meet a parent I've never known. Someday, it just might happen.
DO DREAMS COME TRUE? Yes, dreams do come true. In March of 2003, I met the parent I've never known. I now have my Dad back in my life. And, I cherish our new beginnings. New moments in time, Are ours to share, ours to embrace, Ours to hold onto, For the rest of our lives.
YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO HANG OUT BY YOURSELF? Our creek is where I go when I want to be alone. I find so peace and comfort there. The sound of the water is musical to my ears. I love the time to myself.
YOUR FAVORITE TV SHOWS When I was younger, Little House On The Prairie. Now I would say, Everyone Loves Raymond, ER, and CSI. I'm a huge CSI fan! I also enjoy reality TV. Canadian and American Idol rocks! *Lets not forget Days of Our Lives* My fav Soap Opera!
FAVORITE MOVIE(S)? I loved Castaway. Tom Hanks is the best! Other outstanding movies, Saving Private Ryan, & Forrest Gump. Some other movies I enjoyed are, FaceOff and Conair.
WHO (ARE) YOUR FAVORITE POET(S)? I don't really have any favs. I appreciate all writings of any kind. Each piece is a work of art in its own way, As genuine as the person who wrote it. I do like poetry written from the heart though.
WHAT BOOK SERIES DID YOU MOST ENJOY? The sega of a people who called themselves, The Clan of the Cave Bear; By Jean M. Auel Other books to the series were as following: The Valley Of The Horses, The Mammoth Hunters, The Plains Of Passage, The Shelters of Stone A phenomenal read! I've also loved reading the Harry Potter series.

HOW MANY RINGS BEFORE YOU ANSWER THE PHONE? That depends on if I have the ringer turned on. I tend to turn it down when hubbie sleeps, So therefore, I don't answer it at all. If the ringer is turned up, it could still be many, As I have a slight hearing problem. If the kids are home, it is answered after only one ring. Go figure!
DO YOU LIKE TO DRIVE? I enjoy driving a lot, but more in the summer months. Winter can be a bit scary at times. For the most part, being able to drive is great gift, It only took me 4 tries to get my license at the tender age of 17

IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY JOB YOU WANTED, WHAT WOULD IT BE? I would love to work on Web Graphic Designs professionally. I have already made a few of my own pages just for fun. It's quite interesting to say the least and I learn fast.

WHERE WOULD YOU LIVE, IF YOU COULD CHOOSE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD? That's a tough question, But I think B.C would be a nice place to live. I have friends and family there, And the scenery is breathtaking.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY? I would have to say Christmas. It is a time for family and friends to share their gifts, Of love, laughter, and let's not forget stress. *grins*

IF YOU COULD TAKE ONE THING ON A DESERTED ISLAND, WHAT WOULD IT BE? Probably a PC with Internet Connection. Gee, think I should get a life? I would be lost without my friends. Where's the Damn hydro! On a serious note, If I were really stranded on a deserted Island, I would want my family with me.
STORMS - COOL OR SCARY? Cool, I love storms most times. Except for the one we had in the summer of 99. 80 mile an hour winds took down our 110 ft high barn. Quite the experience I might add. I enjoy thunder and lightening as long as I am not alone. The sound of rain also comforts me.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT OUIJA BOARDS? The world of Ouija is fasinating and most intriguing. I recently tried it with my kids, And it was quite an experience for all of us. Needless to say, the girls will not go near that board now, They want me to burn it.
