Our Mission Statement

This Home has a basis for why we are here. We have a mission and for all future members we ask you to read this statement for making a commitment to Karsadia.

Asgard City started in another realm as we began to build. I n actuality Maldeib (now deceased v/t) and Athena have been working on Asgard City for a very long time either in practice or on paper. We were from Gor but found it was not for us, thus we started Asgard City. We do not act like Gor and become quite upset if someone decides to force a slave or a lady. Women and men are EQUAL here and the servant class DO have a choice.

With the help of friends we discovered that it would be a great idea for several reasons we were tired for the Bs we were seeing and wanted it to be better. We wanted a place that we could role-play whatever we feel like yet have the rules to follow. And I wanted to write a book in hopes that it would sell and very least leave that immortal mark. Thus Asgard City was thought up.

I loved my husband so much decided to see that if I could start a room that would promote our book and help even write it with them. With the help of her friends she built Asgard City and slowly it formed to what it is today. Even tho no longer married to her husband I still keep it going for the sake of the people and still I wish to finish the book. Asgard City has been part of five chat sites now settled in Inter Realm after the crash of Chatcastle, Alterrealm, and RPW . Though young it has grown considerably in both quality and quantity. It has become a full realm now with a wide variety of places to rp your characters.

Therefore, we wish to make it very clear that we would like all who role-play in Karsadia to be patient and realize they are part of something special. Karsadia's inhabitants if they stay around long enough and are regulars in the home will find that their characters may be part of the book as "The Vision" is being written while we role-play. In time we will have copies for people to read and buy. Credit will be given where credit is due.We can not give out royalties.. but can put your name in our book as appreciation for your help...

Recently Asgard City has abolished slavery. Tho we have recognized the need to serve and have created the servant class for those who wish it. If you do feel like being a member of the servant class you are most welcome to do so and the rules are already in place. However, for the most part you will find that Lords and Ladies are here can and do feed themselves if they feel like it.

We do share the mission as Inter Realm has. We ask for 100% role-play and if you need to talk about real life make it private or find a way to make it sound like it is happening there. For instance ... lets say your car broke down. In Asgard you would say your carriage broke down and needs fixed.

We also ask you to be patient and willing to contribute as Karsadia is ever changing while we write the book. We love input and want you to share what you would like to suggest making Karsadia great. And we do ask you keep up with the rules and stick by them. I know we all do have trouble from time to time with r/t but we do ask you check the message boards and the announcements to keep current with anything going on in Karsadia. We also ask you to be in the room at least 3 hours a week (we do prefer more) and to have a bio ready for us to place on the scrolls.

Finally, We ask that you respect and honor the home and the royal family. You will be asked to take an oath to become part of us. This basically is to show you understand what we are about and are willing to keep with what we are trying to do here.

We are not based on reality this is a fictional home however we are like the midevil times as well as we do have technology and magick. We are like that of DND but we are a bit different.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask a Council member or Queen Angelique De Manjrick " Ruler and Creator of Asgard City". And please be prepared to become part of a home and in time find your character may come to life in the books written starting with "The Vision".
