There is no one that owns this island for to them the land can not be owned. However, it can be managed and is by the Chieftain, Bear Claw and his family. The others of the tribe follow his ruling in what is expected. There is magick here but they are not used in the same manner as on the mainland. The area seams to make mechanical things go crazy as if there is a magnet underneath it. Surrounding the Island in the mangroves there are a variety of elementals. With in is a long forest swamp it is said nagas, humans, elves, and lizard men live in harmony together.

However, there is a sect with in the island that does not work in harmony and from time to time tries to kill the inhabitants or manipulate them into fearing them. They are like illusionists that look like tiger people. Along with the occasional phantom tiger nearby.

This group of people are very primitive but live secluded barely ever are they met with another. They live in huts and are very preficient with the bow and arrow as well as the knife. They don't like to have company except for trading. There is one place that a ship can go in to do some trading and then leave. Should they find their way to the center where the village is they are taken captive before making it to the village, blind-folded and chained so they will not tell of their home to others. Most the time they are taken back to their ship blind-folded but sometimes they are taken permanently depending on their personality.
