Southwest of Asgard City is the City of Aquaruis. A long time ago Connothos was not as it is today. An area now the City of Aquaruis brought the two halves together and one could take only about 2 weeks on horseback to travel from Asgard down the straits of the interconnect of life to Belletres.

However some time about 5000ba. There was a large collapse of land making that area more dense but covered with water. Many people died but a few were mutated enough to survive the pressures.

The Haruspexes predicted the collapse and warned Oconus's Father, the Cheif of the people there to gather up their belongings and start building the bubble to carry the city. Little did anyone know they were going to go underwater because the bubble was not built to float, sinking everyone, crashing down breaking some homes and once flurishing city. In the matter of hours thousands upon thousands died from radiation and pressure changes.

Evolution took a short time to help adopt them or perish. Most was destroyed, the bubble survived the fall but ended connecting with the diasen sphere itself.

Their homes became a mixture of their above ground homes compounded with some of the catacombs of the sphere itself. Many that mutated began to be taught the ways of pure magick by some of the seraphs within the sphere until much was known.

Then suddenly the seraphs just stop going to them. Many of the City thought that they either were destroyed or they gave up on the city and forsaken them.

Within decates the eldars of the City council died and the son of the old ruler came to take his father's place as Chief Oconus and enter a new age.

Many hundreds of years passed and the city learned how to be isolated and care for itself and the great library that the old city was once known to possess. The best and largest library of all of Karsadia. Carrying countless of records for all. They learned how to protect themselves from the creatures of the deep, learned how to harvest food, and how to survive.

The citizens of the City of Aquaruis did not have much to deal with and started on their own path of evolution and history. Unable to know what was going on up top until recently.

Once the mermaid Merina showed her face near the shores of Asgard City the castle became very interested in the Sea and took a trip down into the Ocean where they met Oconus the librarian in a pocket of air where this Great City exists. A whole new set of creatures have seemed to have developed down there involving into a new creation.
