Club Meeting Time and Place
Alpine Sports Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month (except January) at 8.00 pm at St Marks Parish Church Hall, cnr Remuera Road and St Marks Road, Newmarket. There is a door charge of 1 dollar per person to cover the cost of supper.

December Club Night The usual Christmas social night with nibbles and good cheer. A chance to catch up with friends and find out what everyone is doing over Christmas. |

February 2002 Club Night Joan Brock and Janet Romanes will be talking about their trip to the Marianas Islands aboard a freighter with passenger accomodation. |

Club Christmas Party Waitakere Hut Saturday 8th December There will be tramps organised for both days, Saturday and Sunday and a BBQ for Saturday evening. Bring your own meat and a salad, desert or dish to share. BYO drinks as well. Christmas Camp 2001/2002 The club's Christmas camp will be a Tauranga Bay starting from boxing day until about the 4th January. For Details contact Peter Hutton on 523-3483 |

Ruapehu Hut Christmas The A Frame will be open from Boxing day until late January as required. Book with Sally in the usual way. There are good food stock although you may need to bring some items. Great holiday for the family. The Department of Concervation run an excellent summer program of walks and tramps for all levels of fitness. |
