Here he is, the sniper. The single most powerful class in Team Fortress if you use him correctly. He is undoubtedly the long distance combat master. One fully charged shot to the head from the sniper rifle will kill anything in the game (even a Heavy Weapons Guy). His automatic rifle and nailgun makes him a tough match in close to mid range combat as well. Training is key to mastering this class. You will need quick reflexes and good aim.
