Rank Progression

Rank 0 = Guild Leader = Lich Dragon
Rank 1 = Senior Officer = Black Dragon
Rank 2 = Junior Officer = Gold Dragon
Rank 3 = Member = Red Dragon
Rank 4 = Member = Silver dragon
Rank 5 = Member = Bronze Dragon
Rank 6 = Member = Blue Dragon
Rank 7 = Member = Dragon Hatchling
Rank 8 = Member = Big Dragon Egg
Rank 9 = Member= Little Dragon Egg

Ranks 9-8 are considered probation, therefore all guild members rank 7 and higher are given full guild privileges, such as alliance chat and right to wear the guild emblem.

Promotions:

 rank 9-8= Probation: 1 week of observation in Guild

Rank 8-7 = Probation 1 week of observation in Guild (May be skipped if member is exceptional)

Rank 7-6 = Active Member Minimum lvl of 5

Rank 6-5 = Level 15 minimum, Guild quest: Help another guildee complete a quest, both inform officer upon completion

Rank 5-4 = level 20 and all of above

Rank 4-3 = level 30 and all of above

Rank 3-2 = This promotion only occurs when Guild needs officers, vote is done by all current officers.

Rank 2-1 = Only Achievable by officer resigning and a officer vote.

Rank 1-0 = Guild Leader resigns and Vote between Rank 1's takes place for successor ( Most likely will never Happen)
