Something Blue

I want to confess to something before I start tonight's rant. I love unconventional couples. I read tons of fanfic, and those are the ones I like best. And tonight's ep played to every little fanasy in my unconventional heart. First the obvious...Buffy/Spike. Oh, yeah! Those two in love...or in heat, whatever....was a sight to see. The kissing was almost as ggod as the petty bickering*g*. They overplayed every engagement stereotype ever written....it was hysterical! Now for the subtle.....there were two that I saw. 1) Spike/Willow....they hinted at this in "Initiatve" and did mre hinting tonight. You might be asking, "What on Earth is she talking about? The two didn't even talk till the end!" Well, they may not have talked to each other, but did you notice that Spike was the only person who knew how upset Willow was over Oz? He knew her better then her friends did, or maybe he was just paying attention to her? 2) Giles/Buffy.....I know, I know...EWWW! Well I have had time to sorta get used to the idea, and well, let's just say it's grown on me and leave it at that. I noticed that Giles was very disturbed by the thought of BUffy and Spike together. Yeah , so was everyone else, but did the rest of them drown their sorrows in scotch? Hmmm? Leave me alone, I am feeding my delusions. Over all a great ep. I loved it.....but then I almost always do*g*.
