Welcome to the Hellmouth

I should tell you now that I started watching BtVS in mid season 3, so when I went back and watched the first 2 and a half seasons I had a clue what was coming. This will be obvious as you read my thoughts on these eps.

WTTH was a very nice start to the series, it quickly intoduced you to the main characters, good and bad. As I watched it, I was amazed by how different Buffy was then. She was much more like a highschool student, one with special prblems, addmittedly, but still trying to suck every last drop of fun out of life. She was bouncy and vibrant. In later seasons, she becomes very caught up in the whole "save the world" thing, and loses sight of the fun to be had.
The other thing that struck me, why was there a door to the sewers at the back of that crypt??? Who would build such a thing?
