Midweek Oasis

An oasis is a resting place, a place with fresh, cool water in the middle of the desert. I enjoy the time spent in worship and bible study Sunday mornings but by midweek I am feeling a little tired, ready for a break. These weekly devotions are designed to be such an oasis, a time to rest and think about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will look at the scriptures for the coming Sunday using the Revised Common Lectionary. I will share a few thoughts so that we can get through the rest of the week in expectation of the worship to come. Please also visit our archives below.
