Penguin Getting Tickled
Cookie is a "Little Penguin" and the mascot of the Zoo Bird House.
This video is equal parts adorable and educational. Adorable because, c'mon, penguin getting tickled! But also educational, because now the world finally knows what a penguin's laughter sounds like.
It looks like the little guy's about to explode! Those of us who might be ticklish can definitely relate to the penguin's flapping arms. Who knew penguins (or any birds for that matter) were so ticklish?
