To "reset" Furby, you need to turn him upside down, insert your finger and depress his tongue at the same time, then press the reset button. I ordered mine through JC Penny catalogue for $29.99+ $6.00 s&h and then tax. The number is 1-800-222-6161. Also Etoys can get them for you. As far as I know they are not in stock as of yet but they can E-mail you when they get them in.
