Here's Quest Minion, It allows you to see your quest levels and it will put a little popup window when you have a quest that requires xx amount of items to complete. I ripped it out of cosmos and it stands alone just fine (: Installation: Unzip into your WoW folder under, Interface/addons/Questminion.
