TOUKON ROAD 2

This game is pretty good. The gameplay is the highlight of this game, as it is on any Japanese wrestler. There are multiple throws for each person, enough to have you going for weeks. The control is absolutely good, but things get hairy during the complex grapples. That's why the learning curve is so damn high; it takes time in order for you to get used to the grapple and counters. The graphics are pretty darn good for a wrestling game; it's a hell lot better than Fire Pro Wrestling's (how could that game possibly make it onto a CD?! It looks like it belongs on a early SNES cartridge).

Sound... Ugh. I'm sorry but the sounds are not too great. Pretty much all the wrestling games have bad sound effects, so if you're used to them, then dive in. The value is relatively low because the way I see it, all the wrestlers are the same thing; just that some of them look goofier than others.Player's tilt is so low because I can't stand wrestling. So you ask why I reviewed this game and played it? Well, nobody else would, and I felt that it was time to get normal wrestling fans in to a different kind of wrestling. So, there you have it, one of the best games in this genre, and it's only on import shelves. Boy, if only wrestling were as serious as this game was.
