...Our Story...

Love it or hate it the Internet does have its good points...where else can you chat to people from all over the world without having to digest airline food?...True you meet the odd nutcase...literally...but all in all it's a wonderful opportunity to expand your horizons Isn't it?...Ok for all the sceptics it can be likened to the 7th circle of hell but for the most part...amusing...This is where 'our' story begins...a true internet romance...We began chatting approximately a year ago meeting occassionally in our favourite chat room then going our seperate ways...We hit it off instantly...indulging in the usual 'cyber' speak...love you...miss you...chat later...and we always did.

after a few moths of this...losing touch before eventually chatting once more we made the decision to speak on the phone...totally in love with eachothers accents...we laughed and talked for hours finding we had so much in common...by the second phonecall we knew something 'special' was happening...as we continued to chat our friendship grew until our conversations became longer and mutually exclusive...hit without warning by a love that could be described as 'unrealistic' or 'impossible'...many many problems crossed our path...and continue to do so...'jealousy' raising its ugly head continually teaching us to trust eachother and strengthening our resolve to meet.

After months of careful planning and our fair share of dissapointments we were finally able to meet in Canada...the meeting at the airport was horrendous with one of us (who shall remain nameless) gripped with overwhelming nervousness was unable to look at the other for more than a few seconds...this of course caused great doubts to arise...doubts fortunately dispelled after our first night together...from that night on we knew without a doubt we were made for eachother...the weeks flew by as we became closer and certain we couldn't live life apart.

Once again we are in our own countries...with one small difference...we are now engaged to be married and soon to be 'both' living in Canada...we will spend 3 weeks together in Australia very soon...before beginning the emmigration process as man and wife...we remain blissfully ignorant of the continuing pitfalls and problems generally associated with the 'cyber' world and thank God for progress and the original creator of the WWW...many thanks and blessings also to the friends and family who have supported us throughout this often trying and sometimes upsetting time...we love you all.
