I was on Yahoo last night reading up on the calendar of scheduled chat events, and it has it recorded that the *N SYNC chat for tomorrow (December 2)is to be at 4:00pm (Eastern Time) instead of 5:00pm. I'm not sure if this was an error on Yahoo's part, or if it really has been changed to 4:00pm. If you've got the time, check it out at both 4:00 and 5:00 just incase.

Yup, *N SYNC was present in the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Day Parade last Thursday! They lip sang to a shortened version of "Tearin' Up My Heart" on the M&M Float!
The *N SYNC chat on Zoog Disney was kinda crazy last week since everybody's comp seemed to be freezing up, but if you were having technical difficulties, or you just weren't able to make it, I've got the transcript right here thanks to *N SYNC fan, Laurel, who sent it my way!
The hosts from YTV's, "The Hitlist", recently had the opportunity to hang out with *N SYNC and Britney Spears in New York City! However, not only did they get to spend time with them, but they even got to check out both of their tour buses! Did you guys know that each *N SYNCer has his own bed with it's own TV set?!! Tickets sold out in 12 minutes for the Dallas, TX show on December 30th! Unfortunately, a lot of scalpers were able to snatch up some tickets instead of the fans, and they are now selling them between $95-350! For those of you who missed the fellas on Ricki Lake, here's what happened: There was a fan in the audience who had been writing the Ricki Lake show every day for a month to meet the guys. Well, her father had brought her to the taping, but audience members have to be a certain age, and she was too young to be a part of the audience (this was all part of a plan to surprise her with *N SYNC). The girl sat backstage watching the show from the monitor, when Ricki decided to show her around the studios. You just knew that the boys were gonna pop out of somewhere, and sure enough, just as Ricki turned towards the stage, there they were. They immediately went into the "Tearin' Up My Heart" routine, and at the end, brought the girl on stage with them. However, her surprise wasn't over yet. She also got the opportunity to hang out with *N SYNC backstage at one of their concerts afterwards too!! (If you missed it, don't worry 'cause you catch the re-run on December 4 at 12:00pm!)

Anxious to see that *N SYNC Disney Christmas Special which airs December 5th?? Well, thanks to two fans, Brittney and Laurie, you can get your own live footage of the concert! The girls were present for two days for the taping of the special, and were able to capture the guys singing three of their Christmas songs, as well as "God Must Have Spent". Tickets for the Sacramento, CA show sold out in 15 minutes, and for the Berkeley, CA show, tickets sold out in just 5 minutes! There is a possibility of adding another show, but they are still confirming the date with the manager, and there has not been an announcement as to when the tickets for the added show will be on sale. *N SYNC will be featured on the soundtrack for the movie, "I'll Be Home For Christmas". If you've seen commercials for this movie yet, you will recognize the background music as the same Christmas song found in the Soundcheck section of this website!!
The Billboard Music Awards (on the Fox Channel) will air from 7:00-10:00pm (but still check local listings for a confirmation of times n' stuff). On December 16, the airing of the Regis and Kathie Lee Christmas Special will broadcast on CBS (check local listings). Also, on December 25, the Very Merry Christmas Parade on ABC will be shown (once again, check local listings). Finally, (whew, this is a long list!) *N SYNC's appearance on the float for the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade on November 26, will be aired on NBC from 9:00am-12:00pm (check out those local listings for a confirmation). I was at the grocery store today and noticed that there is a new magazine on the stands completely devoted to *N SYNC!! I'm pretty sure that it's called "*N SYNC in Effect", but I'll have to double check when I go back to buy it. The mag is just jammed pack with pics - and super good ones too! There are even a couple pics of the 5 guys in a pool (yes, this means no shirts). I didn't have a chance to check out the articles 'cause I was so mesmorized by the overwhemling amount of pics, but there are a couple articles to read up on too.
In early October, *N SYNC was on "Radio Disney". The DJs for the "Just Plain Mark and Zippy Show" had a contest where fans could call in and and tell *N SYNC about themselves. You had to be caller # whatever. Lots of people called in, and afterwards, the DJs took all of the calls, did a drawing out of a fish bowl and then who ever won they had a song written about them sung by *N SYNC live on "Radio Disney". The winner was a girl named Katie, and she had *N SYNC sing a song about her to the tune of "Tearin' Up My Heart". Afterwards, the DJs joked a little about Joey! (Thanks Samantha!)

Ok, last month i went to UBL.comand there like "group of the week" was 'N Sync and they had a contest to win the heart shapped CD, and guess what? I WON!!!!!! I was so happy! I just got it in the mail and i only listened to it all the way through like twice cause' i'm afraid if i listen to it alot it will break! hehe Anywho,there were 10 winners and I was one of them. I'm trying to win another so i can give one away on my page!
HURRY! Go out and buy the November Issue of Teen People! It has an Exclusive 'N Sync interview! It's titled "getting 'n sync"! Hopefully, i will get the article up soon on a my page! It's 4 pages long with some pretty good pics! When i get the page done i will put a link to it here! OK, change of plans! I started typing it but then after the first 2 paragraphs i decided how's about if i just say "Go out and buy the mag, it's got great pics!" hehe Sorry about this! Teen People is a great mag and there's alot of other great stuff in it too!

For those of you who missed the guys on MTV 1515 (or do not get MTV), then here's the scoop on what happened. The whole thing was taped in Florida, and at the beginning, it showed the guys foolin' around on the basketball court at their management's home. It was hilarious ‘cause at one point they were talking about how they used to play when they were little kids. They then proceeded to act like when they were younger and always "hogging the ball" (it was so funny!) There was also an interview with the group, and then one with just Justin. Justin showed the camera his Mercedes, and they followed him around inside while he drove and answered questions. Right before MTV 1515 ended, a couple of the guys were sitting by a pool when Lance did this huge canon ball jump into the water and splashed everyone!! (Yes, he had his shirt on) The whole thing was approximately 6 minutes, but it was a very good 6 minutes!
Another appearance that was aired on MTV last week was the much anticipated "Rock N' Jock"! The guys were decked in blue silk-like jerseys and shorts that had "*N SYNC" written on the front in red letters. On the back of the jerseys in white writing was each boy's last name and number. Everybody had a turn on the court, and although some people on the internet were questioning whether the guys were going to perform, there was no singing or dancing; just basketball.
If you all haven't seen the December 1998 issue of "Bop" magazine, then run to your local bookstore now! It's absolutely amazing, or as the magazine puts it, it's an "*N SYNC Extravaganza"! This issue features an article titled, "What Are *N SYNC Scared Of", an *N SYNC centrefold, Justin centrefold, *N SYNC poster, JC poster, *N SYNC Contest (where you can win yourself a copy of the heart-shaped cd single, "Tearin' Up My Heart"), a quiz, and a centrefold of Lance with a handwritten fact file!!!

I was recently checking out the CD Now website, and noticed that there has been a revision done to the track listings of the up and coming Christmas Album. Anyways, here it goes......"They want to be pop stars and they try everything, Jackson 5, Guns N Roses, homeboys, and Spice girls,. Well finally they just be them selves and they are a hit!" On October 4th, the boys were in Terre Haute, Indiana doing an open house party for 100.7, and as if that wasn't cool enough, fans could even callin and talk to the boys! Feedback reports that the boys were "completely funny and sweet." (Thanks Lynzie!)
In this month's issue of "Girl's Life Magazine", there is a feature on *N SYNC. Two girls, who I'm pretty sure are 12 and 14, had the opportunity to interview the boys. There are also a few pictures too.

Alrighty, I have been informed about another update with *N SYNC's being in the Bay Area. Alexis Auditore, who lives in the Bay Area, emailed me with news that the boys will be performing in California on January 9th in Sacramento and on January 10th in Berkely at the Berkely Community Theater. Alexis says that this has been confirmed by ticket agents, the theater, radio stations, and pretty much everyone. Tickets for both events go on sale this weekend at 10:00am. I have received emails saying that the ticket sales begin on October 17th (Chris' B-Day - Yipee!!), but I have also heard that tickets will be sold on October 18. As mentioned earlier in September, radio station Q102 in Cincinnati, Ohio held a contest that whichever school could receive the most votes, *N SYNC would perform a concert for the students of the winning school. Well, the votes are in, and Congratulations to Seton High School who will be receiving their own *N SYNC concert!!
On Friday October 9, at 7:30pm, *N SYNC was at Epcot in Florida taping the Christmas Special (the one to be aired December 5)! Monica and Shaun Colvin were also present. (Thanks Nikki!)

An official *N SYNC biography will be released in stores November 10! In their own words, the boys talk about their music, friendships on and off stage, their familes, fans, favorites, and tons more! There will also be lots of full-colour pictures, including childhood photos! At the official website, you can enter a contest to win yourself an autographed copy of the biography. Refer to the Official *N SYNC website for contest rules and deadlines. On November 9, all of the winners and the correct answers will be posted into the winner's circle.
