Lyrics, history, FAQ, sounds and Links. The Doors.......An American Rock 'n' Roll Band, but they weren't
just that, they were the spirits, the creators of Rock'n'Roll. Four young men
visualized concerts in there heads, and those concerts were created.
Jim Morrison having taking drugs and a heavy drinker harnessed his power into making
music. The Doors played at clubs until they became a real band, Elektra Records had a part in it.
They played more than music. The hypnotic rythms, the bloodcurling screams
of Jim, the spooky notes of Ray's organ, the solos of both Robbie and John.
All together they were The Doors!
