Magic's Pawn, the first novel in The Last Herald Mage trilogy written by my
favorite author Mercedes Lackey is the best novel that I have ever read.
It is about a young man named Vanyel, who was sent to live with his aunt
Savil, where she teaches the art of magery, and how to control his gift or
all will be in peril. While there, Vanyel meets Stephan, another boy who
is also being taught by his aunt. Later in the story they fall in love,
only to meet a tragic ending. Their story of love and compassion is the
most compelling story that I have ever read; it touched my heart like no
other story ever has. I highly reccomend this novel, and the other two in
the trilogy: Magic's Promise, and Magic's Price. I also reccomend this
author, she tells life how it really is. Five Stars!
My second favorite author is R.A. Salvator, visit my page dedicated to him here
Robin Hobb is my third favorite author, she has only written four novels,
but is quickly running for second in my list. The Farseer Saga-
These are the books of the Farseer Trilogy. They are probably the most
engrossing tales that I have ever read, besides Mercedes Lackey. Here is
the synopsis- property of Barnes And Noble-
Filled with adventure and bloodshed, pageantry and piracy, mystery and menace, Assassin's Apprentice begins the story of a bastard of the royal house, a young man who is trained in the mystic arts of the assassin and who may become the savior of his kingdom.
She has also written the novel hier newest one. I have not yet read it, but I will be very soon! Sure to be a hit
Raymond E. Feist is definately my fourth favorite. I have only read his
Serpant War Saga, but let me tell you, they are some of the greatest stories
told by an author. They are full of magic, suspense, mystery, romance, and
action.
These are the books. As I said before they are action packes with Magic, Love
compassion, valor, suspense, the whole nine yards. They are incredible
books!
I will be adding the books of The Sword Of Truth series here, as soon as I can get some pictures!
