About Us and the Races We Like to Race
Hi, we are Frank and Inga. We live in Denmark in the middle of the 'Lammefjord' about 75 km's from Copenhagen.
And we are the happy owners of 14 Siberian Huskies. We have been working with racing Siberian Huskies for the past 21 years.
In the Lammefjord we have about 30 km's training tracks just outside our frontdoor!!
For the first 11 years we used to travel south to Germany, Austria or Italy to participate in sprintraces.
Typically, a sprintrace typically are for 2-3 days and each day you have to race a distance of 12-18 km's.
But, for the past 10 years we have travelled north to Finland for a 5-6 weeks stay almost every year.
Because, in Finland we have the opportunity of participating in races of longer distances,
e.g. 3 days x 40 km's or 3 days x 75 km's.
Our plan is to race the Scandinavian 'Scandream'-race. The duration of this race is 1 week,
and it is run in stages of 90-120 km's each day, to a total of about 700 km's!!
