Remember the saying, 'Every picture tells a story.'? Well, this one has to be a whopper.
The first time I saw this photo my reaction was, "How can anybody be so cruel to a little boy?" Then I took a closer
look and realized this was a little girl with her head shaved. It still looks pretty cruel. I tried to come up with a
reason for someone to cut all of her hair off, and I remembered another little girl in our daughter's class
at school who had her head shaved just like that. Why? Head lice. No wonder she looks so unhappy.
