As the Readings have stated... "...do Not make the mistake of attempting to DISCERN spiritual interpretations with a material mind... ...nor material interpretations with a physical mind... The Readings also state that the mind is BOTH spiritual and physical. So how may the mind be on one hand physical, and on the other hand spiritual? Seems impossible? Maybe not. The spiritual and physical aspects of the mind share a commonality. Both aspects of the one mind use the SAME set of symbols that are letters, but are used from a different point of view. The physical aspect of the mind moves letters as IF the letters were its own. The spiritual aspect of the mind moves those SAME letters as IF they were Patterned after the Law of One emanating from the Creative Force, or Father, or One God WITHIN. The Readings also state that the law that is ever present is... ...like begets likes and likes attract likes. The MOVEMENT of letters by the mind that uses them as its own, and for its Self... ...create REAL vibrations that are "symbolic" of the pattern of the Self conscious mind... ...and are of faster vibrations than those emanating from WITHIN. (The faster the vibrations, the lower the consciousness.) (No pun intended, but consciousness and vibrations are "IN-verse relative" to each other.) This is How the mind of Self becomes encased, on entrapped, in its own vibrations. Again, the law that is ever present is likes attract likes. Here Self is literally attracted to itself, when the mind of Self creates movement letter vibrations with letters it as simply taken for granted as its own. ============================ The MOVEMENT of letters by the mind that are Patterned according to the Law of One... ...create REAL vibrations that are "symbolic" of THAT Pattern... ...and are of slower vibrations than used by the mind that moves them as its OWN. These slower vibrations THEN resonate within the mind itself for likes attract likes. The mind is truly both physical and spiritual... ...and which state of consciousness is determined by the Pattern of letters the mind is willing to use, and that determines the speed of vibrations they create. When the mind is spiritually naked, it simply moves the letters as its own. When the mind is spiritually dressed, it is emblematic of the mind, as the bride,... ...altering and dressing itself emblematically into a wedding GOWN desgned after His Pattern. ====== To the physical aspects of the mind, this is the GOWN. .....GOWN.... There is NO emblematic alterations of this GOWN. Why should there be. It "suits" the mind of Self just fine. It always has. ==== To the spiritual aspects of the mind, as the builder, this IS the alteration the GOWN by the mind of Self that IS suit-able for God and NOT suit-able for the mind of Self. The mind of self remembers that part of the Pattern is "thou shall not want" and that includes the letters it has been using as its own. Here is HOW the mind of self alters the GOWN to suit the Creative force, the Father, God WITHIN. .....(G)own G is the first root letter of the Word G-O-D that was with God and was God in the beginning. This simple letter movement and alteration by the mind reflects that the mind of Self has remembered that the letters have always been "owned" and suited to God... ...and that the mind of Self simply borrowed those letters to build its "own" mind to suit itself. This is the altered (G)own that the mind of Self is "well" suited to wear as it enters WITHIN to meet the bridegroom. As the mind can see. it s faster to write GOWN than (G)OWN. G)OWN is emblematic of slowing the mind down and entering into His Pattern. In essence this activity is emblematic of... ...Patterned Meditation to "altar" the mind. Again, no pun intended, but a pun is really a play and movement of letters WITHIN words. When the letters are moved as His... ...i think God would like that... ... IN (w)riting. :) ======================= The Groom and the Created Body ===================According to the Readings... ...WITHIN the created body is the kingdom of heaven. This is how the physical aspect of the mind views groom... ...GROOM. This is how the spiritual aspect of the mind may view the word groom when the word is Patterned after Him. ......(G)ROOM... GROOM is (G)od's ROOM. the kingdom of heaven. Remember when the son of man said the birds of the air have their nests, but the son of man has no place to lay his head?* *Matthew 8:20 The son of the mind of physical man does not know where to lay his head... ...but the Son of the mind of the spiritual God knows exactly where to lay His head... ...for He is the Pattern... ...and HE is AS One with the (G)ROOM... ...and He IS the GROOM. ======================= The Two "Relative" Truths 01/19/2000 =====================Here is a classic emblematic example of the spiritual aspects of the mind and the physical aspects of the mind contemplating truth from different points of view. To both aspects of the mind the truth is relative, but in a DIFFERENT sense of being relative. To the spiritual aspects of the mind, truth is perceived as THE Relative, or the Father, or God WITHIN the created body. To the physical aspects of the mind, truth is perceived as what is relative to what each physical mind perceives it to be from its OWN point of view. Here is a classic example that is emblematic of these two aspects of the mind. ===== When Jesus, the Pattern, was questioned by Pilate about the turmoil He was causing, Jesus said... .."to this this end I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Everyone that is of the truth HEARETH my voice." Pilate said unto him. What is truth? Jesus did not answer him.* *John 18:37 ===== The spiritual mind of Jesus knew that the "Relative" truth emanating from WITHIN His created body was the absolute truth. The physical mind of Pontius Pilate knew only the relative truths that are perceived by the physical aspects of the mind. The spiritual aspect of the mind may bear witness to the absolute truth WITHIN. The physical aspect of the individual Self conscious mind may ONLY bear witness to the truth emanating from its OWN point of view. The physical mind may speak only the words of truth that emanate from the view point of its OWN self conscious mind. Because every physical mind speaks its OWN truth, every physical mind's truth is simply relative to each other. Pilate knew that truth for one person may be different from the truth of another person, and he ask Jesus this question to test His response. Jesus knew that Pilate did not understand or HEAR the truth that MAY emanate from WITHIN... ...because Pilate had not yet learned how to HEAR by using the spiritual aspects of his mind. Jesus did not answer him because the physical aspects of Pilate's mind would have literally BLOCKED the HEARING and understanding of the spiritual answer. In essence, there truly is a veil that separates the spiritual and physical aspects of the mind. However, that veil may be lifted when the physical aspect of the mind attunes itself spiritually to His Pattern. ===== The Pattern of the seed that is WITHIN itself*... *Genesis 1:11 ...is emblematic of the spiritual aspect of the mind springing forth out of the physical aspect of the mind that is willing to move into attunement WITH the Pattern. ===== It is an ironic play WITHIN words that Absolute Truth Is a "Relative" Truth... ...and yet a relative truth may not necessarily be an Absolute Truth. Absolute Truth emanates and wells up from the Relative, the One Spiritual Father, WITHIN... ...and is manifested... ...THROUGH the OPENED attuned spiritual aspect of the mind. Relative truths are individual truths that are somewhat distant from the absolute truth... ...and emanate "solely" from the physical aspects of individual self conscious minds. Why are these truths somewhat distant from each other? Because the physical aspect of the mind has not yet learned HOW to enter WITHIN its own consciousness where the absolute truth remains, and is waiting "still".* * See Reading 922-1 or page 110 of The Edgar Cayce Companion ============================ Practice Makes Perfect 01/19/2000 ========================This old saying certainly holds true for the mind, as the builder, that is willing to develop the spiritual aspects ofits mind. The physical aspect of the mind simply practices the Pattern of going WiTHIN its own consciousness. How does the mind do that? It simply goes WITHIN its OWN words that are the foundation of its own consciousness and are directly attached to the self conscious mind itself. This process allows the mind to detach itself from those blocked words... ..and thus allowing the mind THEN to "seek and find" His Pattern of consciousness WITHIN the mind's very OWN words. Here are a few examples of this process. OPEN (O)PEN---GOD'S PEN HAND is what the mind HA(N)D at HAND. That HAND was a SCRIBE. A SCRIBE is this (S)CRIB(E). (S)CRIB(E) is the (S)piritual HAND that may act as the CRIB that holds the (O)PEN WITHIN THE (E)ARTH Plane. (t)his is emblematic of His atonemnt... ...(t)he. (t)his (t) is also his.
