U R the CH(UR)CH

You can stay in the physical CHURCH of your choice, built by conscious minds, and you have seen what happens there lately...,

...however, that does not preclude you from also entering into your own CHURCH where there is nothing but good and positive, that was built, and is being maintained, by the Spirit of God even right now.

According to the Bible, John connected to the Spirit of God, and he said he was in Spirit that day. His mind must have altered itself from Beta to at least Alpha.

In the book of Revelation, the Spirit of God stated it was Alpha and Omega.

According to the Edgar Cayce Readings, the human mind should go within itself to connect to the Spirit of God, the Creative Force which is within.

According to the Readings the mind is also a force. It is the active force that can alter its own speed cycles.

The living human body is a living creation that the human mind may enter into and connect to the Spirit of God.

Think about this, There is only ONE type of living creation that has the ability to move symbols called letters. It is ONLY the  living created human body temporarily housing a mind that has that ability.

The living human body is the real church that the mind should commune therein.

The MOVEMENT of the Spirit of God IS the MOVEMENT of letters by the mind that does venture in.   
  
Here is a sign that this is true.

Allow the mind to move the letters of this CH (UR) CH...

... and UR are there.

This is not a coincident. It is a co-incident with His Spirit within.

This little movement simply verifies, as a sign, that the human body IS the real CHURCH that the mind may enter into..., 

...and HIS MOVING Spirit is the MOVEMENT of letters that will emanate from within by the mind that moves to a slower speed that has been previously grounded in His Spirit.

Ironically, the higher the consciousness, the slower and lower the cycle speed of the mind. Meditation is a case in point about trying to slow down the mind.

Once the mind KNOWS where it should go, the next step is HOW the mind gets there.

It gets there the same way Edgar Cayce got there. Hypnosis and self-hypnosis.

The conscious BLOCKED, fast tract mind, must be set aside so that the sub conscious, slower moving mind, may come forward. When it does, that mind is then called the super conscious mind.

I think that I showed that it can be done one letter at a time, which sets the mind aside, one letter at a time.

However, in order to move forward in the process, the mind can begin to move whole words from within.

Hypnosis will allow that to happen.

There are plenty of people that can alter their minds or have their minds altered.

John did it. Edgar Cayce did it. We all can do it.

However, very few minds ever enter into a hypnotic state for the "soul" purpose of connecting to the Spirit of God as did Edgar Cayce and John.   

That is why the conscious mind needs to be FIRST grounded into the Pattern of His Spirit BEFORE applying the techniques of hypnosis to achieve the MOST desired effects.

That is exactly what Edgar Cayce did.

The hypnosis process is altering the conscious mind, which is simply SLOWING down the speed of the mind from conscious Beta cycle speed to Alpha and maybe even into Theta.

That is about where I am as a beginner. 

Just learning to slow the mind and body down by as much as possible by relaxing techniques, and already grounded in His Spirit.

When I take the time to open block words, with His Spirit in mind, in  essence, I am also slowing down the mind.

Here is a little thing I am just learning to do. Looking straight ahead,  I strain to look up as high as possible and strain to cross my eyes, and when I get tired, I simply close them.  

If I succeed in this hypnosis endeavor for the One Ideal, great. However, according to the Readings, even the try counts for righteousness.

"For the try, thy purpose of thine INNER self, to HIM is the righteousness."*

Is relax a form of energy?

Is relax the form of energy that can be released by the sub or super conscious mind?

Maybe.

Totally relax is the first thing that Edgar Cayce did in order to enter his altered state of consciousness.

A review of most hypnotic scripts suggests that relaxation is an energy force that the mind allows to move through and around the body.

Ironically, the conscious mind considers relax as void of force or energy.

The Edgar Cayce Readings often suggest that the conscious mind is usually at odds with the sub or super conscious mind. 

So maybe relax IS the real energy field employed by the altered mind.

Take a look at relax when the conscious mind alters that word.

x is very often used as a symbol for void or delete. It is virtually a negative symbol in the word relax.

Remove the negativity from that word like this.

Then move the remaining letters.

Relax just becomes the positive word real.

Real may be the movement of the energy called the Creative Force that may be released from within the created body when the mind focuses on relaxation that it MAY "think" puts the body at rest

Remember the light Cayce saw when he entered the altered state by being totally relaxed?

That light from within may have been "real" light.

....because of the words echoed by Edgar Cayce and re-echoed by B. Ernest Frejer in "The Edgar Cayce Companion".

God's creation, a living human body, truly is a wonderful edifice where the mind and soul may learn of, and commune with, the Spirit of God. 

The taking of a human life is the act of temporarily denying the mind and soul of their inherent right..., 

...to allow the mind to learn more about about HOW to guide the everlasting life of its closest neighbor, its own soul. 

As this writer is about to bring this club to a close, thank you all for joining in....,

...the wisdom that the Edgar Cayce Readings have manifested.
