Dale Earnhardt is my favorite Nascar Driver of all time! I've followed his career since the beginning. With what I've seen so far, Dale deserves to be number one! Of course, He's the "INTIMIDATOR"! Every one; better stay out of his way! He's not finished yet. Dale doesn't give up that easily. He's not a quitter. He's a true winner!!! I'm glad that he won the Daytona 500. Dale definitely earned it! I'm also glad that I had my dream come true. I finally met Dale Earnhardt in person! It was in the summer of 1995. He was visting his fans in Alaska. It all took place at Alaska Sales and Service, our Anchorage GM Dealer. I even got the chance to shake Dale's hand. What a strong, firm handshake. I also met and shook Richard Childress' hand, the owner of Dales #3 car. YES, I did get both their autograph's. There on a Dale Earnhardt poster I had. You know it, I framed the poster for safe keeping. I will always remember and cherish that special day forever! Dale loves his fans; and his fans love him. I do have to say one thing, Dale has many of his devoted race fans right here in Alaska!!!
